Returns & Exchanges

At The UGG Shop, we want you to love your new footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the authentic packaging and tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn UGG products back into their original shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
